Return & Refund Policy
Wildest Dreams Boutique gladly accepts returns!!
How to know if you are eligible for a return or exchange:
- item is unworn
- item has original tags still attached
- item is unwashed
- item is unaltered
- the item shows no signs of makeup or other stains
- item does not smell of smoke or any other odor
- item was not discounted
Any items that were discounted from the original price are FINAL SALE!
If you choose to return or exchange an item, you will have 21 days from the time of purchasing to do so. We will NOT accept any items that are not eligible for a return or an exchange - see list above. You will have the option to exchange your item for a different size if we have it available. Sadly, item(s) sell out fast, and therefore, we can not guarantee that we have the correct size. If not, we will offer in-store credit only for a future purchase. There will be no cash-backs!
If an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible! Wildest Dreams Boutique is not responsible for damages to any items after they are worn.
Holding:
Please, contact us if there are any items you wish for us to hold! We will only hold two items per customer due to the limited amount of inventory for 24hrs. If the item(s) is not purchased, we will return them to the floor.
Invoices:
Invoices will need to be paid for within a timely manner unless you make arrangements with us. You will receive one reminder from now on, and if we still haven't received payment by the next business day, the invoice will be canceled. Payment for our pre-orders and auction items is due within 24 hours.
